Location: Primary School in Cotham,Bristol
Start Date: September 2025 (or as soon as possible)
Hours: Full-time and part-time rolesavailable

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant primary school in Cotham, where diversity and care are at the heart of everything we do.
About theRole
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
- Foster a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
- Support emotional regulation and social development
- Assist with classroom activities and transitions to ensure inclusion
What We'reLooking For
- A caring, empathetic, and patient approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs is highly desirable
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
