The company employs almost 38,000 people globally and supports around 275,000 more through our retailers, suppliers, and local businesses.

We recognise the importance in identifying talented people to become the next generation of professional retail employees and help us achieve our ambitious growth plans. We are looking for people who share our passion to join our highly successful retail apprenticeship programme.

Our apprenticeship is geared toward training the next generation of fully-fledged Service Technicians/Mechanics. But what does a Service Technician/Mechanic do?

Service Technicians/Mechanics service and repair light vehicles such as cars up to 3.5 tonnes.
