GRP Sprayer – Aldridge – Ongoing Work – Monday to Thursday
Are you an experienced GRP Sprayer looking for consistent, local work with great hours and competitive pay?
We’re recruiting for a skilled Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Sprayer to join a well-established manufacturing team based in the Aldridge area. This is an ongoing opportunity with an immediate start, working Monday to Thursday, giving you a long weekend every week.
Pay Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Location: Aldridge, Walsall
Hours: Monday to Thursday, day shifts
You will be responsible for spraying GRP moulds using gel coat and chopped strand matting, preparing moulds, and ensuring a quality finish on all components. You’ll work to production targets while maintaining health and safety standards, and collaborate with a small, friendly team in a clean and organised workshop.
To be successful, you’ll need proven experience as a GRP sprayer, laminator, or fibreglass technician, a good understanding of safety protocols when working with chemicals and resins, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
