Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a outsourcing warehouse and logistics company in their search for a Recycling Operative to work from their site in Wrexham.
For the successful Recycling Operative our client is offering:
• £12.21 per hour
• Rota basis (8 to 12 hour shifts)
• Temp to perm opportunity
The role - Recycling Operative:
Monitor site access and direct visitors to the appropriate areas
Ensure proper sorting and disposal of waste materials in designated areas
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the site to comply with Health & Safety regulations
Complete daily checklists and necessary paperwork accurately
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained
Attend and participate in daily shift meetings
What our client is looking for in a Recycling Operative:
Ability to reach all sites across Wrexham - ESSENTIAL
Strong awareness of site Health & Safety standards
Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
Excellent punctuality and attendance record
Strong communication skills for engaging with visitors and staff
Accurate record-keeping and data entry skills
