We are Looking for a female Support Worker to assist our Client Sophie.
Are you someone who can bring calm, patience, and a sense of fun to someone’s day? We’re looking for the right person to join a small team supporting a strong-willed woman with a great sense of humour and a big heart.
While she may not always be able to tell you verbally what she wants, she communicates in her own way – and when trust is built, her personality truly shines. Building that trust is key, so we’re looking for someone who is reliable, empathetic, and takes time to really listen and understand.
She enjoys the simple things in life: playing board games, spending time with animals (especially cats and horses!), and trying new activities with the right encouragement and support. Emotional support is just as important – someone who can offer reassurance and help her feel safe and understood.
You’ll need to be a calming influence, have great communication skills, and be comfortable working at her pace, while gently encouraging her to engage in new things when she’s ready.
If you’re kind, respectful, and up for a role that’s as rewarding as it is meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
