Process sales and purchase invoices
Credit Control
Supplier payments and statement reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Process expenses / credit card transactions
Assist Financial Accountant with month-end routines
Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders
Matching invoices to delivery notes
Skills:
Experience working for Small businesses
Systems experience – Word, Excel, Sage, TAS, Quickbooks
