About the Role:
• Coordinate outpatient, diagnostic, theatre and follow-up appointments.
• Manage patient bookings using electronic systems with precision and care.
• Be the primary point of contact for patients throughout their care journey.
• Communicate effectively with consultants and insurers to support patient pathways.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Support clinical planning by anticipating and resolving scheduling issues.
