Summary
Mobile Soft Services Manager – Midlands
Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) + Site Vehicle
Location: Midlands (candidate to be based in or around Rugby)
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Mobile Soft Services Manager to support the Regional Manager in delivering high-quality cleaning and security services across multiple sites in the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a multi-site management role within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with the Regional Manager and local site teams to ensure compliance, training, payroll, and recruitment processes are delivered effectively across approximately 10 sites. Regular travel across the region is expected, with weekly site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Audits – Conducting regular site checks to ensure all services meet safety, legal and contractual standards.
- Payroll Support – Assisting with timesheet management, resolving pay queries, and supporting accurate reporting.
- Recruitment & Induction – Supporting site teams with hiring, onboarding new starters, and ensuring smooth inductions.
- Training & Development – Coordinating training needs across sites and helping build well-supported, compliant teams.
- Team Support – Providing on-the-ground support to cleaning and security teams, escalating issues where needed.
- Reporting – Maintaining accurate compliance and operational records, and supporting the Regional Manager with updates and reports.
About You:
- Experience in a supervisory or coordination role within soft services, facilities, or a similar operational environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance, audits, or payroll processes.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Full UK driving licence is essential due to the travel requirements.
