Join us as a Client Contract Manager

You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving commercial success. Sitting within the Commercial function, you’ll work closely with the Head of Commercial Partnerships and cross-functional teams across the business to lead on client contracting and contracting frameworks.

What you'll do

  • Client Contracting: Lead the end-to-end contracting process for standardised client deals, from term sheet development to final contract execution and in-life contract support.
  • Complex Deals Support: Support the Head of Commercial Partnerships on larger, multi-product and cross-functional client agreements.
  • Contract Framework Development: Assist in building scalable and modular contract frameworks that support a wide variety of products and client sizes.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all client and third-party contracts comply with internal governance frameworks and legal standards.
  • 3rd Party Contracting: Support the Partnerships team with third-party contracting needs, including supplier or partner agreements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and optimise the client contracting process to improve speed, agility, and accuracy across the commercial lifecycle.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with Product, Delivery, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on product offerings, delivery scope, and contract terms.
  • Strategic Synergies: Identify and unlock synergies across the broader partnerships and commercial ecosystem to drive operational efficiency.

The skills you'll need

  • Proven experience in commercial, legal and / or procurement roles with a strong understanding of SaaS and Service contract development
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of contractual risk, terms, and complex commercial structures.
  • Strong negotiator with experience managing client contracts or partnerships, ideally in a Fintech, scaling or product-driven business.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and commercially astute.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders and clients

It would be beneficial if you also had:

  • A strong understanding of financial services and applicable regulatory landscape i.e. 3rd party outsourcing, Consumer Duty
  • Procurement qualification i.e. CIPs or equivalent experience
