What skills and experience we're looking for
The Ladder School are excited to be recruiting an Apprentice Learning Coach to join our team from September 2025. We are a school for students from year 9 to sixth form and we offer an alternative education for our students to help them achieve the best they can. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Apprentice Leaning Coach to join our incredible team to help support the students. Duties will included, but are not limited to:
• Assisting the class teacher during lessons
• Providing support to your students
• Following the schools safeguarding policies and procedures
• Ensuring safeguarding concerns are reported
• Dealing with challenges from students in a professional and calm manner
• Liaising with parents/carers and conducting safe and well calls
This position will be working Monday to Friday 8:20 – 15:55 term time + 1 week.
Closing date 14th August 2025
