We are currently recruiting for a committed and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join the team from September 2025. The role will involve:
- Providing high-quality classroom support across Upper KS2
- Delivering targeted Maths interventions for pupils in Years 5 and 6
- Supporting small groups of children with additional needs, helping them access learning and make progress
- Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering differentiated activities
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a primary school, particularly in KS2
- Confidence in supporting Maths learning and interventions
- Experience working with children with additional needs
- A caring, proactive, and flexible approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
What you'll get in return
