Your Role

As a Project Manager within the Delivery Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Greater Manchester’s Growth Locations programme and wider regeneration priorities. You’ll lead on the coordination of quarterly revenue awards, support the capital pipeline activity, and ensure robust governance and forward planning are in place to support effective decision-making.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across GMCA, local authorities, and national partners to support the delivery of key project activity that contribute to the city region’s housing and place-making ambitions. From coordinating revenue awards, drafting funding agreements to preparing high-quality reports and managing procurement processes, you’ll bring structure, insight, and momentum to a diverse portfolio of work. Your contribution will help ensure that GM’s strategic prioritiessuch as the 10-Year Delivery Plan and Housing Firstare delivered.
