You will supervise staff including band 5 Physiotherapists and band 4 Therapy Technicians. You will support, train and educate others. You will maintain your own continuing professional development. You will be supported to develop personally and professionally within this role. You will support the Senior Practitioner in the day-to-day running of the team and contribute to service development. You will have an interest in working in frailty and acute medicine.
