Clinical Lead / Nurse Manager Role
As the clinical lead, you will take a central role in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of care, supporting the registered manager, and ensuring the nursing team delivers safe, person-centred care.
Key responsibilities of the clinical lead / nurse manager:
• Lead and support the team of nurses and care staff
• Oversee clinical practice and care planning for all residents
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are consistently met
• Conduct clinical audits, medication rounds, and staff supervisions
• Act as the lead nurse for complex clinical decision-making
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture

What We’re Looking For
• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) – essential
• Previous experience as a clinical lead, nurse manager, or senior nurse
• Strong clinical knowledge, particularly in older adult and dementia care
• A confident leader who can motivate, support, and develop the nursing team
• Commitment to delivering outstanding, compassionate care
• Organised, approachable, and driven
