Randstad C&P are currently working with a leading global facilities management company to onboard a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician for a static site role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong electrical and general maintenance experience who is looking for a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with competitive pay.

Package:
  • Job Type: Temporary Contract
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Rate: £25 per hour (Umbrella)
  • Location: Billingham
  • Overtime: Available and paid at enhanced rates
  • Start Date: ASAP
Key Duties:
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on building systems and equipment
  • Supporting minor plumbing, fabric, and HVAC tasks as part of a multi-skilled team
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures at all times
  • Logging all tasks and updates using the onsite CAFM system
Qualifications & Experience:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) - Essential
  • City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent testing and inspection) - Desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance electrician role within facilities or building services
  • Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
