About the Role:
We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury interiors brand for a Showroom Manager to oversee their beautifully curated showroom in Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in premium retail, hospitality, or design-led environments to step into a client-facing role with a globally recognised brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the showroom is always immaculate and visually inspiring
- Welcome and host clients, designers, and trade professionals with warmth and professionalism
- Provide basic product information using brand resources
- Capture visitor details and manage leads via HubSpot CRM
- Log interactions and follow-ups accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Maintain showroom assets and product literature
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in showroom, retail, or hospitality (luxury or design-led preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
