An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced specialist school in Warrington. The school caters for pupils aged 4–18 with a range of complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated communication needs.

This is a rewarding and varied role within a school that prides itself on its inclusive, nurturing environment and a strong team ethos. Class sizes are small, with excellent support from experienced Teaching Assistants and therapists.

  The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

    
    

  • Have experience teaching children with SEND (in mainstream or specialist settings)

    
    

  • Be committed to delivering personalised, creative learning experiences

    
    

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, and classroom management skills

    
    

  • Be resilient, reflective, and passionate about inclusive education

    
    

  • ECTs are strongly encouraged to apply – full support and mentoring available
