An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced specialist school in Warrington. The school caters for pupils aged 4–18 with a range of complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated communication needs.
This is a rewarding and varied role within a school that prides itself on its inclusive, nurturing environment and a strong team ethos. Class sizes are small, with excellent support from experienced Teaching Assistants and therapists.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

Have experience teaching children with SEND (in mainstream or specialist settings)

Be committed to delivering personalised, creative learning experiences

Demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, and classroom management skills

Be resilient, reflective, and passionate about inclusive education
