Role Overview:
As Reservations Coordinator you will work in our central reservations department being the first point of contact with our customers.You will deal with enquiries for bookings in our 4 star hotels You will work within our Head Office function aiming to turn those into confirmed bookings.You will have an excellent telephone manner, a friendly personality and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work. You must also have excellent administration skills as well as organisation skills.
Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Reservations Coordinator who is warm and friendly, has a can-do attitude and puts our guests at the heart of everything we do. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with all incoming calls and aiming to convert all enquiries into confirmed accommodation bookings.
- This role is very customer focused and requires excellent customer service at all times.
- With a warm and friendly telephone manner you will handle enquiries promptly and efficiently with the overall goal of maximising sales and room occupancy rates.
- Previous experience of working in a call centre or on the phone would be highly desirable.
- Previous experience of working with Infor Hotel Management System would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
