Join the team at Elite Food Machinery Services — a growing, specialist company based in Ashford, Kent, providing high-quality food processing machinery sales, servicing, and repairs across London & the South East.
We’re on the lookout for a Trainee Service Engineer to support our expert team with equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs. You’ll work both in our workshop and out on the road — visiting customer sites across London, Essex, Surrey and beyond — all while learning the trade with full support and training.

• Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year

Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Service Engineer:
• Installing and commissioning food processing equipment on-site
• Carrying out routine maintenance and emergency repairs
• Diagnosing mechanical and/or electrical faults efficiently
• Maintaining accurate service records and reports
• Representing our brand with professionalism and great customer service
What We’re Looking For:
• An interest in mechanical & electrical engineering
• Hands-on mindset
• A full, clean UK driving licence or evidence you are taking lessons
• Problem-solving approach and customer-first attitude
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
