We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced nurse, who is passionate andinterested in working in an Acute inpatient mental services for patients. Thewardteam isa multi - disciplinarymentalhealth teamthataimsto provide a safeand effective clinical assessment and treatment service for patient requiring acute mental health treatment in hospital informally or under a Section of the Mental Health Act. The inpatient unit is situated at the Mental Health Unit, Claybrook Road, Hammersmith
The post holder will work closely with the Ward manager and Clinical Team Leaders to provide safe, effective and high quality care for our adult patients with mental health needs.The post holder would ensure the delivery of high quality and effective nursing care to mental health service users receiving Inpatient and/or Community services withina service area, in accordance with the objectives and vision of the Trust
Applicants should have professional nursing registration and experience of working within mental health services and within a multidisciplinary team and multi-agency frameworks. You will receive a full induction and be given proactive and regular supervision, on-going access to training and support to undertake this exciting, challenging and highly rewarding role. This includes being part of a supportive, caring and innovative team where there is a proactive approach to staff wellbeing and their clinical and professional development.
