Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct audit assignments across a portfolio of high-growth and internationally active entities
- Manage and develop high-performing teams with mentoring, coaching, and people leadership
- Contribute to business development, winning new engagements and strengthening client relationships
- Provide technical guidance in UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant auditing standards
- Collaborate with partners on strategic initiatives, risk management, and operational improvements
What You'll Bring
- ACA / ICAS qualified (or equivalent) with extensive audit experience
- Proven success in managing complex audits, delivering quality outputs, and engaging stakeholders
- Strong people development experience, with a passion for mentoring and team growth
- Commercial mindset with the ability to spot and convert new business opportunities
