Monday to Friday | Day Shifts | £25,000 – £28,000 DOE + Benefits

TLP Recruitment is partnering with a well-established client in Southampton to recruit a Fulfilment Coordinator. This key role is central to managing the efficient planning, monitoring, and control of stock levels for a range of fragile, high-value goods. Key Responsibilities:
As the Fulfilment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of stock and inventory operations. Your duties will include:
Stock Management: Maintain oversight of stock levels, closely tracking lead times, minimum order quantities, and expiry dates to ensure optimal purchasing and consignment management.
Process Optimisation: Identify and address inefficiencies in stock ordering processes to streamline operations and improve outcomes.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with HMRC guidelines (including Sections 196/197) and maintain detailed and accurate stock reports to inform future business decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the Stock & Fulfilment Controller, Finance, Processing, and Distribution teams to maintain smooth communication and alignment across departments.
Customer Service Excellence: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and responsive support.
Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to queries and resolve stock or supply-related issues with minimal disruption.
Operational Support for Growth: Support the Business Development team by providing operational insights and contributing to strategies that enhance business value and profitability.

Desirable (Not Essential):
Familiarity with HM Customs regulations and bonded goods.
Health & Safety qualifications or experience.
