Elite Personnel is hiring 3 Part-Time Customer Service Advisors for a well-established client based in Tamworth.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment and are committed to providing exceptional customer care – without the pressure of sales or cold calling.
• Role: Customer Service Advisor (Inbound)
• Start: ASAP
• Type: Temporary – 12-week contract
• Schedule Options:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• OR Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly
• Location: Tamworth (onsite role)
What You'll Be Doing:
• Handling inbound customer queries with professionalism and care
• Fast and accurate data entry
• Navigating multiple systems while delivering high-quality service
• Working within a dynamic call centre setting – teamwork and pace are key!
What We're Looking For:
• 3 candidates ready to start immediately
• Able to commit to the entire 12-week duration
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Previous customer service or call centre experience ideal but not essential – full training provided
• No public transport to the offices you will need your own transport
