We are looking for Front Line Operational Leaders to join our dynamic team at London Heathrow. As a key leader in the organization, you’ll be instrumental in orchestrating your team’s efforts to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

About the Role:
In this pivotal leadership role, you will ensure that we consistently exceed industry standards across safety, customer satisfaction, quality, performance, and employee wellbeing. From strategic operational planning to on-the-ground team management, you’ll drive efficiency, engagement, and results.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead resource planning and team management, including rosters, leave, and overtime.
-Coach and develop team members, offering feedback and identifying growth opportunities.
-Champion customer service excellence and liaise regularly with airline clients.
-Manage team welfare issues and work closely with HR on employee relations and performance matters.
-Promote the companies mission, vision, and values both internally and externally.
-Foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
