Are you passionate about security and delivering a great customer experience?

As a Security Officer/Facilities Assistant with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment and protecting people, property, and premises by delivering an exemplary security service.

The Role:

Prevent losses, damage, incidents, and poor behaviour by reporting irregularities and informing violators of client policies and procedures

Keep premises secure and safe by acting as a visual deterrent and patrolling all areas of the property

React to emergency situations, such as providing first aid, responding to fires, and managing incidents

Monitor surveillance equipment

Conduct car park checks and ensure all vehicles have the correct authority or passes to be parked on site

Control access and egress of visiting vehicles in a safe and friendly manner

Assist all personnel entering the premises with an exemplary customer service approach

Maintain outdoor areas, including but not limited to litter picking, removing debris, external sweeping, emptying external rubbish bins, and potentially gritting

About You

Qualifications:

SIA Licence (Essential)

CCTV Licence (Desired – training can be arranged)

First Aid Trained (Desired – training can be arranged)

Driving Licence (Desired)

Experience:

All levels of experience will be considered

Experience in a similar role is desirable
