HGV Class 1 Day Drivers – Immediate Starts!
Location: Colwick, Nottingham, NG4
About the Role:
Are you an experienced HGV driver who loves the open road, but also enjoys having your weekends free? Do you want a job that offers steady hours, great pay, and the occasional (well-deserved) break from heavy lifting? Well, we have the perfect gig for you! Come join our team in Nottingham and let’s make driving fun again!
Key Details:
General haulage work involving 1-2 drops. Straightforward, like a Sunday drive, but with more cargo.
Shift Times: Start between 5am-7am, Monday to Friday. (Yep, you heard us—weekends off to relax, catch up on Netflix, or just nap!)
Shift Duration: 9 to 11 hours per day. Plenty of time to enjoy your coffee but still get home for dinner.
Immediate Starts: Yep, we can get you on the road ASAP—start today, cruise into tomorrow!
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 months Class 1 driving experience (you’ve been on the road long enough to know your way around the block)
Valid CPC & Tachograph cards (all the paperwork in order, of course)
No more than 6 penalty points (we like you driving safe, no room for too many ‘oops’ moments!)
Pay Rates:
£15.50 per hour (PAYE) or £19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
