Collegiate Management Services, part of the AmTrust group, is the UK’s largest Professional Indemnity MGA. We provide niche insurance solutions to professionals to ensure they have the right protection to meet their liabilities. We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our London-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and looking to start or grow their career in the insurance industry. This role is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including recent school or college leavers, who can demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support across both our Claims and Underwriting teams
Chase renewal proposal forms and process policy adjustments and endorsements
Send renewal invitations to clients
Input new claim notifications across various insurance schemes into bespoke claims systems
Dispatch monthly bordereaux generated from the claims system to various underwriters
We’re looking for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a high level of attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Previous experience in insurance - particularly in claims or underwriting is desirable. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow professionally are key.
