Act as an ambassador for Clinical services, and delivery for CRGPA. Management of the Clinical services, and line management of Clinical Team Leaders / Service Support Centre Team Leaders. Working alongside the Medical and Nursing Directorate to ensure Quality and Safety of services delivered by CRGPA. Deputise for the Chief Nurse in Service related and performance meetings. Be responsible for the performance of services, ensuring they meet or exceed contractual standards / KPIs. Manage the Service resources and budget to deliver excellent, consistent services and performance, to or exceeding contractual standards. Ensure resource plans are aligned to delivery requirements and against performance standards. Ensure services are underpinned by efficient working practices; and documentation including policies, Standard Operating Procedures and training materials liaising with Clinical and Service Team Leads. Create a productive work environment for the team using appropriate strategies, and role model good and professional behaviour. Plan and implement new services by generating initial implementation plans and drafting processes and protocols for new services. Ensure that service delivery complies with current regulations, agreed professional standards, the CRGPA’s policies and procedures and appropriate legislation (including legislation on data protection, equalities, health and safety and safeguarding children and vulnerable adults). Providing support and working on new initiatives, whilst providing assurance to the Senior Executive Team. Identify and evaluate risks associated with existing and new/future services and proactively take action and develop plans to mitigate these. Ensure cost management and performance is aligned to contract requirements and performance payment mechanisms. Proactively manage and analyse incidents and complaints so to address the root cause of failure and embed resolutions that prevent reoccurrence. Work with CRGPA Data Analyst(s) to ensure accurate and timely performance information is captured that demonstrates performance against agreed targets and other information as required. Present performance reports in a clear and reasoned format for a variety of audiences including senior leadership team, commissioners and presentation of Committee reports. Create a team culture and professional working environment within Service Delivery, developing the team to reach their goals with a program of coaching, supporting and motivating staff to promote effective team working and individual capability in a performance driven function; and to consistently deliver high quality services that perform well. Demonstrate the organisations values and develop the culture in all staff working for the organisation. Share and communicate the organisation’s strategy and objectives, and support staff to work in positive alignment with the organisation’s direction of travel. Undertake any other duties that may be required to meet the demands of the Service Support Centre.
