This post is most suited to a flexible, adaptable, autonomous worker who already has clinical experience and is looking to build complementary competences. General: To support the work of the EOEPPN at a local, regional and national level, with a particular emphasis on our communities of practice and experts by experience To attend and contribute to appropriate meetings relevant to the service. To ensure the maintenance of standards of practice according to the employer and any regulating bodies and keep up to date on new recommendations/guidelines set by the department of health (e.g. National Institute for Health and Care Excellence etc). Ensure that confidentiality is protected at all times. Be aware of, and keep up to date with advances in the spheres of treatment for mental health problems. Participate in individual performance review and respond to agreed objectives. Contribute to the development of best practice within the service. Maintain up-to date knowledge of legislation, national and local policies and procedures in relation to Mental Health and Primary Care Services. Work remotely, in accordance with Trust, national and local guidance on digital online working, such as the HPFT Video Consultations Standard Operating Procedure, including access to a confidential space conducive to online working.
