Greet, assist and direct patients and visitors courteously and efficiently Manage patient enquiries in person and over the phone, signposting appropriately to clinical or administrative services Handle appointment bookings, cancellations, and prescription requests Input and retrieve information using clinical systems (SystemOne experience desirable) Maintain confidentiality and patient dignity at all times Provide general administrative support to the practice team Liaise with GPs, practice staff, patients, local pharmacies and other healthcare professionals Support the co-ordination of services and contribute to the effective running of the reception area
