We’re looking for a Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Supervisor to join our team where you’ll lead a dedicated scheduling team, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a positive experience for our customers. You’ll oversee daily scheduling activity, ensuring works are appointed to the correct engineer in the right location at the right time, promoting first time fix, and work closely with stakeholders to make sure high-quality service delivery.

You’ll make sure our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s very important your customer service skills are top notch - we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our customers with the services we provide.
You'll be working from our Yeovil office five days a week.
