Hays Education are proud to announce we are currently recruiting for a reliable and adaptable Key Stage 1 teacher to work at a Primary School in Bristol on a part-time basis. This would be every Wednesday and Thursday until the end of the Academic Year. The school is dedicated to ensuring the first years of a pupil's primary school journey are as inclusive and comfortable as possible so will be looking for someone who is ready to become an integral part of the Primary School journey for the children. The school will be looking for someone with valuable experience and commitment to join their friendly team.
Your new role
This role is on a part-time basis until the end of the Academic Year and will be suited to those who have a passion for the early years Primary School teaching. The school will be looking for somebody who is strong with Interventions experience particularly in phonics due to the class curriculum. The successful candidate will have routine day-to-day classroom responsibilities along with working with other teachers in the school and Key Stage to form a collaborative team. The school's ethos is to bring the early years of a child's education to life with passion and care. If you have a passion for Key Stage 1 Primary Teaching then this role will be perfect for you.
What you'll need to succeed
- You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
- Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 is preferred.
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
- Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
