We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Point Glue Operative to join our production team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with experience in gluing operations, packaging machinery, or similar industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate multi-point gluing machines to ensure accurate and high-quality product output
Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and perform routine maintenance as needed
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications
Troubleshoot issues and communicate with the maintenance team when necessary
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Complete production records and follow company procedures
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience operating multi-point glue machines (preferred)
Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job sheets
Comfortable working to deadlines and production targets
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work rotating shifts
