Summary
We are recruiting Production Operatives in Coventry, CV3.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm-12:15am & Friday, 12:30pm-5pm
Pay Rate: £12.95 per hour (Shift Allowance)
Key Responsibilities:
• Using hand and power tools to fit parts and assemble automotive products
• Working on a production line to ensure efficient and consistent output
• Following instructions and technical drawings to complete tasks accurately
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Reporting any faults or issues with parts or equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred
• Confidence using hand tools and working in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable withstanding for long periods
