We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Controller to join our team in Waltham Forest.

About the Role

We're looking for those who can take ownership and responsibility for today’s schedule of appointments and proactively manage the schedule and resources to ensure we keep the promises we have made to customers

You’ll deal with complex repairs, demanding customers and those who have suffered service failure, to contain issues and maintain customer satisfaction, and will oversee the jobs allocated to Sub-contractors to ensure the customer receives the same level of service as they would if a MSPS operative was delivering the work.

Ensuring the scheduling process is delivering maximum productivity, you’ll understand the case workload and alert the Team Leader to issues requiring intervention.

About You

Candidates will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. With excellent customer service skills, you’ll have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector or a trade-based background, with good problem solving skills.
