  Role Snapshot – Teaching Assistant:

  • Help deliver disruption‑free learning in a calm and purposeful environment

    
    

  • Provide targeted support, especially to pupils with special needs and those catching up in reading
    

    
    

  • Support classroom learning, small group work and extracurricular clubs
