We’re now seeking an outstanding individual to join us as Chief Executive Officer, a role that offers not just leadership of a Trust but an opportunity to influence MSK transformation across our Integrated Care System and beyond

We’re looking for an inspirational and values-driven leader with a proven track record of success at Chief Executive level or equivalent in the NHS or a comparably complex healthcare setting. You’ll bring:
• A strong grasp of NHS performance, policy and regulatory frameworks
• Evidence of system leadership and influencing across organisational boundaries
• A clear commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and psychological safety
• Experience in operational delivery, strategic transformation, workforce engagement, continuous improvement and financialstewardship
• Emotional intelligence, with the ability to inspire confidence across clinical and non-clinical communities

You’ll work closely with our Chair, Board of Directors and Governors to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care while building a culture that empowers our exceptional staffto thrive and embrace innovation.
You will lead strategic delivery of our ambitions, from digital transformation to population health, ensuring we remain financially sustainable, operationally excellent and system focused. You’ll also be the Trust’s Accountable Officer, championing governance, innovation, inclusion and sustainability at every level.
