Job Title: Site Administrator
Location: Esso, Fawley
Contract Dates: 18th August – 10th October 2025
Pay Rate: £20.14 per hour (including holiday pay)
Per Diem: £45 per day (if not local)
Accommodation: Hotel provided (if required)
Shift: Day Shift
Overview: We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Administrator to support a short-term project at Esso’s site in Fawley. This role will be based on-site and will run from approximately 18th August to 10th October 2025.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin experience to be part of a busy and professional team on one of the UK’s key industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general administrative duties on-site
- Checking and processing time sheets for workers
- Tracking and updating training records and compliance documents
- Supporting the site team with document control and coordination tasks
- Maintaining organised and accurate records
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth project operations
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience, ideally in an industrial, construction, or engineering environment
- Confident working with Excel and internal systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and handle sensitive information professionally
- Must be able to commute to the site daily (hotel and per diem offered for non-local candidates)
