QA Manager
£35,000 - £40,000
Lancashire
Are you a Senior Technologist looking for your first Quality Manager role? Look no further.
If you live and breathe food quality, this is the kind of role that gets you out of bed in the morning.
This isn’t just about ticking BRCGS boxes – it’s about shaping a culture of quality in an FMCG environment where every product that leaves the factory reflects the craft and care that went into making it.
Beautiful doesn’t need to be big. That’s true here for both the product and company. Unilever it is not, but successful and real it is. And in few other places will you feel more connection to the company or the product.
About the Role
As QA Manager, you’ll take ownership of all things quality – from raw materials through to finished goods. You’ll lead internal audits, keep the factory compliant with BRCGS standards, and make sure technical specs aren’t properly completed.
In short, if you like variety, you will like this role.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be the kind of person who notices the small things that others don’t. Ideally, you’ve worked in food manufacturing or the FMCG sector before, and you understand BRCGS compliance and industry regulations inside out. You’ll need to be:
Organised, detail-driven, and proactive.
Confident in leading audits and dealing with customers.
Skilled in spotting gaps in quality systems – and fixing them fast.
Comfortable liaising across all levels of a business, from operators to directors.
What’s on Offer
A competitive package is just the start. You’ll have real influence in how the factory operates, the support of an experienced leadership team, and the opportunity to leave your mark on a business that genuinely values quality.
Ready to raise the bar?
If you’re a QA Manager, QA Supervisor / food technologist looking for a role where quality isn’t just lip service – it’s the heartbeat of the business – we want to hear from you.
Apply now and help set the standard for the future of food manufacturing.
