With our new five-year strategy now underway, CRM is a crucial tool for all functions within Cycling UK, acting as an enabler in
maximizing income, attracting and retaining key audiences, and playing a key role in the delivery of successful programmes.
The CRM Services Tech Lead's role is to help ensure that the CRM Services team work as a successful business partner to the other
Cycling UK functions as they strive to achieve our strategic goals.
