Up to £29,500 | 45 Hours Per Week
Our client, a well-established and vibrant nursery, is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. Set in a nurturing environment with a beautiful garden and outdoor learning area, this nursery provides a fun and engaging space for children aged 3 months to 5 years to explore, play, and thrive.
The Nursery Practitioner will be an integral part of the team, helping to create a warm and stimulating environment where children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn. With a strong focus on outdoor learning and hands-on experiences, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys fostering creativity, curiosity, and independence in young children.
What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children in an early years setting
- A warm, patient, and nurturing approach to childcare
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and education to children in line with EYFS guidelines
- Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to different age groups
- Supporting children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children
- Building strong relationships with families to support each child’s progress
- Observing and assessing children’s development, ensuring their needs are met
- Working collaboratively with a friendly and professional team
