Administration and Business Support - Maplebrook Care Home

Contract: Full Time Salary: £12.21 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 40

Our purpose-built care home in Wolverhampton provides high-quality specialist care for up to 81 residents. We are now seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our home. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a people-focused environment.

What We Offer

  • £12.21 per hour
  • Contracted to 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
  • Paid DBS, pension scheme, free uniform, and onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
As Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the front-of-house operations. You will welcome residents, visitors, and professionals with a warm and professional approach, manage incoming calls and correspondence, maintain accurate records, and assist with general administrative duties. You will contribute to creating a positive, organised, and supportive environment that reflects the values of our care home.
