My client are a well known manufacturer of consumer goods in the Coventry area and are looking for a shift engineer with mechanical and electrical maintenance experience of automated production lines.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing engineering department to ensure PM schedules are followed
  • Responsibility to manage the engineering budget
  • Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are implemented
  • Creating, implementing and managing capital projects

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience as a maintenance engineer in an automated environment
  • Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
  • FMCG Manufacturing experience is essential
  • Experience as a maintenance manager
