The Norfolk and Waveney EIP Service has undergone significant expansion over the last eight years following funding from NHS England for the Access and Waiting Time Standard. The Therapeutic Interventions for Distressing and Unusual Experiences (TIDES) team, which works with people aged 14-35 who are at-risk for developing psychosis, is also included in the Norfolk and Waveney EIP service. The successful candidate will have opportunity to work with colleagues across the service. Newly qualified psychologists are encouraged to apply. There will be support to achieve individual aims and goals using the Trust preceptorship programme. Please note that those exiting training programmes will be placed on Band 7 whilst completing preceptorship and Band 8a will be awarded once this is complete (if continuing with the substantive West Norfolk EIP role). Please find attached our Job Description and Person Specification for more detail on your Key Accountabilities, then if you feel you have what it takes to make a difference in your local communities, click APPLY! Interview dates are yet to be set; you will be contacted via email and invited to book a time. These emails may go to your SPAM, so please keep checking all your emails if applying.
