What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly voice at the other end of the line, helping customers with questions, concerns, or support needs

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Previous customer service experience (especially in phone-based or fast-paced roles)

  • Comfort with a rotating shift pattern (we'll give you plenty of notice!)
