Permanent – Shifts: 12-hour shifts – 5 shifts in week one, 2 shifts in week two
(Enjoy a full weekend off every other week)

Key Responsibilities

• Support customs clearance and ferry booking processes for freight clients
• Communicate professionally with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
• Accurately handle data relating to toll tickets, ferry bookings, and customs documentation
• Work closely with a friendly, fast-paced operational team
• Deliver high-quality customer service as part of daily logistics coordination

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a sound educational background
• Has own transport
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and grow within the logistics industry
• Able to follow procedures, take direction, and contribute to a team-focused environment
• No previous experience needed – full training provided in-house
