Join GLF Schools as our Regional Estates Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping safe, inspiring learning environments across our Trust. This permanent position offers a flexible hybrid working model, with a primary base at our Banstead offices and regular travel to our schools across the Southern and Eastern regions. You’ll lead and manage premises teams across a diverse mix of primary and secondary schools, ensuring health and safety compliance, overseeing maintenance and capital projects, and contributing to the strategic development of our Trust-wide Estates vision. Fire Safety qualification (desirable) Project Management qualification (desirable)Minimum 2 years managing Health and Safety compliance in a busy public environment
Minimum 2 years managing maintenance, building works, capital projects, and contractors
Proven experience managing and developing teams to meet strategic goalsStrong understanding of statutory compliance and best practices

Salary: GLF Associate Leadership 1 - £46,957Location: The Beacon School, Banstead / Hybrid / Visits to schools in South & East regions. Contract type: Permanent, 36hrs per week - full time. Start Date: ASAP
