Your New Role
As KS2 Phase Lead, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of KS2 teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning.
- Drive curriculum development and assessment strategies across Years 3-6.
- Work closely with SLT to support whole-school improvement priorities.
- Model exemplary classroom practice and mentor colleagues.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and ambitious learning environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial KS2 teaching experience.
- Proven leadership or middle leadership experience (e.g. Year Group Lead, Subject Lead).
- A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to inclusion, equity, and continuous professional development.
