We're working with a leading Commercial Facilities Management company seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join their mobile maintenance team across Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of commercial sites, including offices, retail units, and public sector buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive joinery maintenance across commercial properties.
- Minor multi-trade tasks (basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, etc.).
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Providing excellent customer service while working on client sites.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery.
- Experience in commercial maintenance or FM environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Basic knowledge of other trades is a bonus.
