Join a high-performing team placing white-collar professionals into some of the South’s most respected M&E contractors. We’re growing — and we’re looking for a confident and ambitious M&E Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a warm desk covering Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors, Quantity Surveyors, and Office Support roles across London and the South East. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing a 360 recruitment desk within the M&E white-collar space
• Building long-term relationships with leading M&E contractors
• Sourcing and placing top-tier candidates into permanent and freelance roles
• Attending site visits, client meetings, and industry events
• Working closely with a supportive leadership team who value autonomy and results

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in construction or technical recruitment (M&E preferred)
• Strong understanding of the white-collar M&E market
• Confident communicator with a consultative approach
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
